Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients to identify their specific care needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions designed to address complex emotional challenges related to aging, such as coping with loss, navigating life transitions, and managing chronic health issues.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to create, implement, and monitor personalized care plans that enhance the overall quality of life for geriatric residents.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
