Work Environment\n

This position allows for flexible remote work while maintaining strong connections with our outpatient facility. Counselors work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, engaging in a variety of telehealth sessions and in-person consultations as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly patients to identify their psychological needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy aimed at addressing the emotional and psychological challenges associated with aging, such as dependence, loss, or cognitive decline.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to create and implement holistic care plans for geriatric clients.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff and family members that promote understanding of geriatric mental health issues and effective coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 65,000 to 95,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
