Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, providing the flexibility to work from home while also collaborating with a dedicated team at our outpatient office in Beverly. Our work hours are structured to promote work-life balance, with a regular schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients, identifying their individual needs and developing tailored care plans.

• Deliver both individual and group counseling sessions, focusing on emotional resilience, coping strategies, and life transitions related to aging.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, sharing insights and strategies that enhance the treatment process and client outcomes.

• Provide education to families and staff about mental health issues and interventions, facilitating a holistic approach to care that supports the client’s well-being.

• Implement grief and loss counseling, aiding residents and their families during difficult end-of-life transitions.

• Design and oversee cognitive stimulation programs that aim to maintain and promote mental acuity among elderly clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
