Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for elderly residents to identify their specific psychological and emotional needs.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to address the unique emotional challenges faced by seniors, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams, including medical professionals and social workers, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each client’s needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
