Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that address specific goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to support therapeutic progress and foster a safe, supportive atmosphere.

• Maintain detailed and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress notes.

• Connect clients with community resources, including social services and therapeutic activities, to support their overall well-being beyond sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is essential.

• Holders of an independent and current license (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT) are required to practice in this role.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a therapeutic setting where direct practice with clients occurred is mandatory.
