Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to understand their unique needs and backgrounds.

• Providing individual and family therapy sessions to address specific mental health challenges, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
\n
• Completing essential documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorizations in a timely manner to meet organizational standards.
\n
• Developing comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to promote sustained mental health and stability among clients.
\n
• Creating detailed discharge plans that facilitate continued care and support post-therapy.
\n
• Adhering to all federal and state laws, along with NEHS policies and procedures, to ensure compliant and ethical practice.
\n
• Engaging in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to enhance therapeutic skills and expertise.
\n
• Participating in case consultations and agency meetings to collaborate on care strategies and improve service delivery.
\n
• Completing all licensure requirements and mandatory training courses as prescribed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field, leading to licensure.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in community health settings, family therapy, and working with diverse populations will be beneficial. A background in trauma-informed care approaches will also be valued as we strive to address complex mental health needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, contingent on licensure and experience. In addition to an attractive compensation package, we provide:
