Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Vatica Counseling Center, you will:

• Engage in detailed psychosocial assessments and formulate comprehensive, individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

• Diagnose and treat a wide array of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders while modifying treatment plans as necessary, ensuring they reflect the patient's evolving status.

• Actively collaborate with patients’ families, care teams, and external resources to provide holistic support and facilitate a coordinated care approach.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation, including federal and state mental health regulations, as well as internal clinical standards.

• Prioritize and organize daily responsibilities by assessing patient needs and managing a caseload effectively.

• Provide tailored therapeutic interventions, including crisis management and supportive counseling, while also conducting social work consultations when needed.

• Educate and advocate for patients and their families, ensuring they receive all necessary resources and information, and maintain effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.

• Identify patients at risk for delayed care or readmission, proactively coordinating with providers to implement effective solutions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Vatica Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
