Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing meaningful and trusting relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to establish client needs and design suitable treatment pathways.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, adapting treatment approaches to align with each client’s therapeutic goals.

• Take part in individual supervision and professional development activities to continuously enhance your clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

• A minimum of one year’s experience working with psychiatric patients or individuals facing substance use issues.

• Proven skills in assessment, diagnosis, and delivery of both individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
