This position offers a full-time remote work setting, enabling you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while ensuring flexible work-life integration. Our team maintains regular working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a structured schedule while also accommodating individual preferences for flexibility.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for senior clients to evaluate their emotional and psychological needs.

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions focused on addressing emotional issues stemming from life changes such as retirement, loss, and changes in independence.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, ensuring holistic care tailored to each client's needs.

• Educate clients, families, and caregivers on effective strategies to enhance emotional well-being and overall quality of life for elderly individuals.

Your primary focus will be on seniors, a demographic often dealing with complex emotional and psychological issues related to aging. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

• A minimum of 4 years of recent clinical experience in geriatric mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
