Work Environment\n

This position is 100% remote, utilizing telehealth technology to deliver care. Our state-of-the-art digital platform ensures that you can connect with patients seamlessly and provide effective therapy from anywhere. Our team operates with a flexible schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance. Specific working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as required by patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that evaluate the interplay between medical conditions and psychiatric symptoms to inform treatment planning.

• Create and implement integrated treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical components of care, incorporating evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to enhance patient engagement and therapeutic progress.

• Collaborate with medical providers to ensure coordinated care, contributing to case conferences and interdisciplinary meetings to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, developing safety plans and stabilization strategies to support patient safety and well-being.

• Educate patients about the interrelationship between mental health and physical health, fostering self-management techniques and empowerment for their wellness journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring patient records are thorough and up-to-date.

• Continuously engage in professional development through participation in training, workshops, and individual study to remain current with evolving best practices in integrated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with patients who have co-occurring mental health and medical conditions, including but not limited to chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders. You will play a crucial role in supporting individuals facing unique challenges, providing culturally competent care that respects and acknowledges the diverse backgrounds of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated proficiency in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with complex medical backgrounds.

• Experience providing integrated care and a collaborative working style with medical professionals.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
