Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health and substance use concerns of clients, accurately identifying co-occurring disorders.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapies tailored to individual needs.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at developing clients' coping mechanisms, relapse prevention skills, and techniques for emotional regulation.

• Actively participate in a multidisciplinary team to coordinate integrated care, ensuring all relevant specialists are involved in treatment discussions and planning.

• Monitor clients' progress regarding substance use, utilizing motivational interviewing and other engagement techniques to support their recovery processes.

• Educate clients and their families about the relationship between mental health and substance use disorders, highlighting the significance of adherence to treatment plans.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of therapy sessions, treatment progress, and referrals in compliance with all ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in regular case conferences, team meetings, and continuous training to further develop skills in treating co-occurring disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based practices for co-occurring disorders, including Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Comprehensive knowledge of the dynamics between mental health conditions and substance use disorders.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective collaboration within an interdisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, with potential bonuses based on performance.
