This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility to manage a work-life balance while playing a crucial role in patient care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to clearly identify patients' needs, preferences, and treatment goals.

• Develop and manage personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, ensuring a tailored approach that resonates with each unique client.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and therapeutic support groups that empower clients by enhancing their understanding of mental health issues.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and immediate intervention.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to foster independent management of their health.

• Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and trainings to share knowledge and enhance team effectiveness.

• Stay informed about current research and advancements in mental health treatment and therapies to provide the best care possible.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals coping with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues. This role requires sensitivity and adaptability to meet the varying needs of patients from different backgrounds and age groups, all seeking to improve their mental well-being through professional support.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Experience in conducting thorough assessments and creating effective treatment plans.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients from varying walks of life.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience working in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
