Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand each client’s mental health history, presenting concerns, and treatment goals.

• Develop, implement, and continuously refine individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapies that cater to the specific needs of clients.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using appropriate therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, monitor their progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy consultations and maintain a warm and supportive virtual presence for clients facing accessibility challenges.

• Ensure that all documentation regarding client interactions, treatment plans, and therapeutic progress is accurate, timely, and complies with ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, which may include workshops, conferences, and peer consultations, to enhance your clinical expertise.

Qualifications\n

• Currently licensed in the state of Washington as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients, establishing a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship.

• A strong commitment to ethical practice and professional development, with a proactive approach to learning.

• Experience in providing teletherapy and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
