Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct weekly supervision sessions for practicum students, guiding them through clinical licensure requirements and enhancing their training experience.

  Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate meaningful change in clients’ lives.

  Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals and community resources to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to client needs.

  Maintain meticulous records and documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a key contributor to the outpatient services, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including teenagers, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will directly impact their recovery process by using tailored therapy approaches that consider their individual circumstances and histories.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Professional liability insurance.
\n
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience providing therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
