This position is fully remote, leveraging modern telehealth platforms that ensure flexible access to important mental health resources for clients. Our practice operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, promoting a healthy work-life balance while facilitating productive therapeutic relationships. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients experiencing mood disorders, identifying symptom severity, frequency, and impact on daily life.

• Collaborate one-on-one with clients to formulate personalized treatment plans that respect their unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support effective interventions.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, providing them with practical tools and strategies for managing symptoms and promoting recovery.

• Continuously track and assess client progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting care plans as necessary to align with evolving needs.

• Work in tandem with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure a multifaceted and comprehensive approach to client care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, remaining current with industry research and adhering to best practices in treatment.

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, client assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards and privacy regulations.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals facing mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist in the state of Washington.

• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology and experience collaborating effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals.

• A proven track record of delivering effective treatment outcomes for clients with mood disorders, demonstrating both resilience and adaptability.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
