Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR, to clients focused on stress reduction and enhanced emotional well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients’ unique stressors, challenges, and mental health goals, customizing mindfulness practices to align with their needs.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques aimed at fostering self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes on mindfulness practices, resilience-building strategies, and stress management techniques.

• Incorporate mindfulness and therapeutic techniques into individual therapy sessions to address specific mental health concerns and facilitate overall personal growth.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to create a cohesive and comprehensive treatment plan that includes mindfulness practices.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, mindfulness interventions, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• A solid understanding of therapeutic practices with experience in integrating mindfulness approaches into mental health therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
