Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain a thorough understanding of clients' mental health concerns, leading to the development of effective and individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to address the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and monitor their progress throughout their therapeutic journey, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance effectiveness.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual appointments or face accessibility challenges, ensuring that all clients can receive necessary support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes to comply with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Engage in regular professional development activities, pursuing opportunities to enhance clinical skills, stay informed about emerging therapeutic practices, and integrate new methodologies into your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse clientele facing an array of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. You will be instrumental in empowering clients to overcome obstacles and achieve their therapeutic objectives while creating a safe and non-judgmental environment for their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trusting relationships with clients and facilitate open dialogues during sessions.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward clients’ experiences and challenges, enabling a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage caseloads and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n
