Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Strong understanding of solution-focused therapy techniques and the ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet individual client needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
