Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs and create individualized treatment plans based on their specific challenges and goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to facilitate positive change.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups to foster community and provide education on common mental health concerns, ensuring clients have a safe space to share their experiences.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and other therapists, to deliver a comprehensive approach to each patient's care.

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients experiencing severe mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources in the community to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain precise documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accountability.

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Candidates with advanced degrees are strongly preferred.

• Must hold a current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, including evidence-based treatment methods and therapeutic frameworks.

• Expertise in administering thorough mental health assessments and creating effective, tailored treatment plans.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy tailored to the complexities of diverse populations.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships.

• Strong professional ethics and sound judgment in managing client confidentiality and therapeutic boundaries.

• Proficient in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology to document patient interactions efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

Prefer candidates with experience in outpatient settings, particularly those skilled in conducting group therapy and psychoeducational workshops. Familiarity with telehealth practices and virtual therapy modalities is a plus, given the remote nature of this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
