Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health to inform treatment planning.

• Design and implement tailored therapeutic interventions for individuals presenting with issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Schedule and facilitate regular sessions to ensure clients receive the continuous support needed for their recovery.
\n
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client progress, treatment updates, and other relevant information.

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and primary care providers, to enhance the overall treatment plan.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families facing complex mental health issues. Understanding the unique cultural contexts and experiences of each client is essential, as it informs your therapeutic approach and enhances treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.
\n
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience providing individual and group therapy.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience conducting both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing culturally responsive approaches.

• Strong crisis intervention skills are preferred, as you will occasionally need to address urgent client situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
