Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality individual, couple, and family therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, tailoring treatment strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies to track client progress effectively.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and participate in staff meetings to enhance your professional skills and contribute to team development.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and staff to create comprehensive care plans and ensure a holistic approach to client treatment.

• Effectively manage your schedule and client caseload, with the flexibility to adjust hours as necessary to accommodate client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will provide empathetic support and evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the specific situations and needs of each client. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Oregon.

• Proven clinical skills and experience in individual, couple, and family therapy.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients.

• Self-motivated, with the capacity to work independently while managing a flexible schedule.

• At least two years of direct counseling experience providing therapy to clients in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
