Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will undertake a variety of impactful responsibilities, including:

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, valid license from the state board as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Capacity to practice independently without supervision, ensuring that you can manage a diverse caseload efficiently.

• No disciplinary actions on the license within the past five years.
\n
• A strong knowledge base of mental health disorders and treatment methodologies.

• Effective interpersonal skills combined with a compassionate approach to client interactions.

• Proficient use of technology, with a reliable computer and internet access essential for remote service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience. Additional benefits include:
