Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health history and identify their unique treatment needs.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans to address mental health conditions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions in a telehealth setting, adapting to the needs and dynamics of the client group.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

• Engage with clients' families, providing education and tools to support their loved ones in the recovery process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in adherence to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at HealthLink, you will primarily work with clients facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent is required.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a relevant field is mandatory.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in mental health counseling, particularly in a telehealth setting, is highly valued.

• Background in substance abuse treatment or knowledge of integrated behavioral health models is a plus.
