Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients, obtaining essential information to develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and person-centered therapy, tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress to ensure they are on track to achieve desired outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients' needs and ensure access to mental health services regardless of location.

• Document all clinical notes accurately and comprehensively to ensure adherence to both ethical standards and organizational protocols.

• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance individual skills and contribute to group knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster empathetic relationships with clients.

• A compassionate, understanding, and non-judgmental attitude towards clients from all walks of life.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage a caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

Prior experience in an outpatient mental health setting is preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technological competence in maintaining electronic health records will enhance the ability to deliver effective therapy services remotely. Previous work with trauma-informed care and evidence-based treatment approaches will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
