Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions to clients, customizing treatment modalities to meet their unique needs and preferences.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, documenting findings to formulate effective treatment plans.

• Manage a diverse caseload, demonstrating advanced skills in psychological assessments and intervention planning.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies and therapeutic interventions, ensuring clients receive immediate and effective support as needed.

• Collaborate with clients and their families to design and execute an actionable resolution plan, promoting effective communication and engagement throughout the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer:
