Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations to clinically identify clients' needs and create tailored treatment plans aimed at fostering progress.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches to address varied mental health concerns.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, psychiatrists, and community support resources, ensuring a holistic and coordinated care approach that enhances client's treatment journeys.

• Deliver crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies by applying your clinical skills and compassion effectively.

• Engage in community outreach activities and educational initiatives that aim to enhance public awareness regarding mental health issues and actively work towards reducing stigma.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in fields related to Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
