Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand each client’s mental health history, strengths, and areas of concern.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Facilitate therapy sessions via telehealth platforms while maintaining a respectful and confidential setting for clients.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Document all interactions and therapy sessions accurately, ensuring compliance with all licensing regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services cater primarily to adolescents and young adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. The clients you will work with may be dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. By focusing on culturally competent care, our therapists work to create an inclusive environment where each client feels understood and supported in their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active license to practice in the state of Oregon as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or similar.

• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions taken by any licensing board.
\n
• Proficiency in conducting intake assessments, including diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Excellent written communication skills for documentation and reporting purposes.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two or more years of clinical psychotherapy experience specifically working with adults, particularly in a remote or telehealth setting.

• Training and experience in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual compensation between USD 70,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
