Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, you should hold:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state license, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• The ability to practice independently without supervision.

• A track record demonstrating no disciplinary actions on your license.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates who possess several years of experience providing direct clinical services, have a strong understanding of behavioral and anger management techniques, and excel in maintaining client confidentiality. Familiarity with family developmental issues and the ability to assist clients in developing daily and community living skills will be advantageous.
