Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver clinical mental health services, including developing and implementing individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct ongoing assessments of clients’ progress and treatment needs, adjusting strategies and interventions as appropriate to ensure optimal care.
\n
• Assist clients in formulating and executing Individual Service Plans (ISPs) while closely monitoring their evolution through collaborative discussions during sessions.
\n
• Facilitate skill development sessions focusing on coping mechanisms, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to enhance the client’s daily functioning.

• Educate clients about available community resources and effectively advocate to connect them with vital services and support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults over the age of 18 who may experience difficulties in maintaining stability within their community due to mental health struggles. This population can include individuals with various mental health disorders, providing you the opportunity to employ diverse therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to their specific situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid state license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.

• Capacity to practice independently without supervision, supported by a clean disciplinary record.
\n
• Proficient understanding of confidentiality protocols and ethical practice in mental health care.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities paired with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor towards clients.

• Strong computer literacy skills and reliable internet access to facilitate seamless delivery of telehealth services.

Preferred Experience\n

• Background in skill-building activities, including but not limited to anger management, coping strategies, and daily living skill development.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
