Work Environment\n

This full-time position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule efficiently while providing vital services to clients across different locations. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain insights into patients' unique experiences and challenges, leading to tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing a range of mental health concerns, fostering resilience, and promoting overall well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The licensed mental health counselor will focus on supporting a wide range of clients, including individuals from multicultural backgrounds, those who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community, and immigrants facing unique challenges. By understanding the nuances of each patient's background, you will be able to create more effective treatment plans and advocate for their needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid mental health professional license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• A strong grasp of mental health disorders and the ability to apply evidence-based treatment approaches competently.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy, utilizing culturally responsive methodologies.

• Exemplary crisis intervention skills with the capacity to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications relevant to clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
