This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from a comfortable setting while connecting with clients through telehealth technology. Bend Psychosocial Counseling Center promotes a flexible work-life balance, accommodating schedules based on client need while working primarily Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Utilize relevant therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address client issues.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and safety.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, engaging in regular meetings to discuss case progression and patient care.

• Facilitate educational sessions for clients and their families, providing essential information about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and integrate new findings into therapeutic practices to enhance client outcomes.

This role focuses on a diverse clientele facing conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

• Demonstrated ability to apply solution-based therapeutic interventions that effectively meet individual client needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills to navigate challenging scenarios in treatment.
