This position is perfect for individuals who hold a current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' psychological needs, strengths, and goals while ensuring accurate understanding of their mental health status.

• Design and execute personalized evidence-based treatment plans that address the unique issues faced by clients across different age groups, including children, adults, and families.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy tailored to the client’s context, needs, and treatment objectives.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches to enhance client outcomes.

• Document client progress diligently, maintaining accurate records that meet legal and ethical standards while facilitating seamless communication among interdisciplinary teams.

• Network with community partners to ensure comprehensive care coordination and enrich client resources through referrals when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Therapists will engage with individuals facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold a full, unrestricted license suitable for independent practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted.

• Demonstrated ability to make comprehensive evaluations and develop effective treatment plans based on clinical assessment and client input.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a sympathetic and empathetic approach to client care.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client documentation efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging between USD 52,000 and 70,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload.
