Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine each client's mental health status and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work primarily with adult clients presenting a diverse array of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By cultivating a therapeutic alliance based on empathy and respect, our therapists enable clients to explore their issues deeply and develop effective coping strategies. Qualifications\n

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with a genuine empathy and compassion for clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance caseload and administrative duties.

• A clean professional history with no past disciplinary actions on board.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome newly licensed therapists, candidates with prior experience in providing therapy either in-person or via telehealth platforms will be favored. Experience in crisis intervention, group therapy, or specialized populations (such as veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals, or those with chronic illnesses) is also highly desirable.
