This role is fully remote, providing flexibility in your work-life balance. You will engage with clients through our cutting-edge telehealth technology, which facilitates secure and confidential video sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, including severity, frequency, and duration, to inform diagnosis and treatment.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual needs, goals, and preferences, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Implement and adapt therapeutic interventions during sessions, addressing mood disorders such as depression and anxiety disorders while actively monitoring client progress and making adjustments as necessary.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorder treatment options and self-care strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their mental health journey.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous education and professional development through case consultations, team meetings, and exploring the latest research in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic efficacy.

• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs, helping to reduce stigma and ensuring they receive the support and resources necessary for recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice primarily serves individuals facing various mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.
