This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while providing vital mental health counseling. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and regular follow-up sessions to analyze clients’ mental health status, developing tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in both individual and group settings to promote effective coping strategies.

• Guide clients in overcoming their challenges by providing them with necessary tools and resources.
\n
• Establish and nurture rapport with clients from varied cultural backgrounds to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Refer clients to other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, when additional support is necessary.

• Document patient interactions and maintain comprehensive records using electronic health record (EHR) systems in line with organizational protocols.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with adults and adolescents dealing with a range of mental health issues. This includes individuals coping with substance abuse, eating disorders, chronic anxiety, and depressive disorders. A strong focus on culturally responsive treatment is essential, as we strive to provide care that meets the diverse needs of our clients, addressing both symptoms and underlying issues.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in Tennessee.
\n
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• Proven knowledge of mental health disorders and effective, evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering trust and rapport quickly with clients and colleagues alike.

• Ability to utilize technologies effectively for documentation and remote patient interaction.

Compensation and Benefits\n
