Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to accurately identify and evaluate the psychological and emotional needs of children and adolescents.

• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans based on the individual developmental stages and unique family dynamics of each client.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions, equipping parents and caregivers with tools to foster a nurturing and supportive environment.

• Collaborate actively with our child psychiatry team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care that addresses the physical, emotional, and mental health needs of our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies involving young clients, ensuring safety and immediate support.
\n
• Educate families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to encourage ongoing support.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in line with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
\n
• Engage in team meetings and case consultations to discuss client progress and share best practices within the team.

• Stay updated with the latest research, methodologies, and advancements in child and adolescent mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other behavioral disorders. Our practice advocates for a strengths-based approach, aiming to empower clients and their families through evidence-based strategies and emotional support tailored to their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona is mandatory.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in addressing child and adolescent mental health disorders, including familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.
\n
• Previous experience providing individual and family therapy to children and teenagers.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building rapport and establishing trust with young clients and their families.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other computer applications to accurately document client interactions.
\n
• A collaborative attitude towards working within a multidisciplinary team is essential for this role.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting, preferably working with children and adolescents.

• Experience in crisis intervention and experience in providing telehealth services are highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, supplemented with bonuses based on performance and productivity. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is available to qualifying candidates.
