Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through interviews, standardized assessments, and clinical observations.

• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic plans tailored to address each client's unique needs, ensuring evidence-based treatment practices are followed.

• Meet regularly with clients, providing ongoing support and therapeutic guidance to promote positive mental health outcomes.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques effectively while maintaining a calm and supportive presence during challenging situations.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive electronic health records (EHR) in accordance with regulatory and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Allied Behavioral Health Center, you will engage with a diverse client base, addressing a wide range of mental health issues including but not limited to substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Your skills will be essential in providing culturally sensitive and inclusive therapy, considering the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client. Qualifications\n

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• At least four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
