Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify mental health needs, ensuring a tailored approach to each client's treatment plan.

• Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions primarily to children and adolescents, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant medical records, adhering to legal and ethical standards to protect client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active Vermont LCMHC Licensure is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual compensation ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience.
