Our remote work model allows you to conduct therapy sessions in the comfort of your own space while providing effective treatment to clients. You'll enjoy a flexible schedule with work hours primarily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, along with occasional evening and weekend shifts based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand patients' mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that each client receives personalized care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, guaranteeing patient privacy and trust.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to deliver holistic care, participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance overall service quality.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options, empowering them with knowledge about available community resources.

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in the mental health field to continuously improve your practice and contribute to team knowledge.

• Manage a full caseload while ensuring timely interventions and adherence to ethical standards set by your licensing board.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license to practice as an LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW .

• Strong proficiency in solution-focused and evidence-based psychotherapy techniques.

• Excellent communication skills to foster positive therapeutic relationships.

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
