This position operates primarily in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining a work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive clinical services, including individual therapy, group therapy, crisis intervention, and psychometric assessments, ensuring alignment with agency policies and clinical best practices.

• Conduct and document diagnostic evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes efficiently and accurately, adhering to the ethical standards of mental health practice.

• Engage in collaborative case management efforts by providing consultation services to institutional staff and multidisciplinary teams regarding the management and treatment of clients.

• Participate actively in professional development opportunities, including in-service training, staff meetings, and program enhancement initiatives, to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Demonstrate accountability for the services provided through active participation in quality improvement processes and timely reporting of clinical activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients experiencing various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
