Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage and maintain a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to review their progress, address their needs, and manage scheduling for appointments and discharges as required.

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans, closely monitoring their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.

• Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.

• Provide individual therapy sessions and collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting, participating in supervision to enhance clinical skills.

• Engage with other healthcare providers to deliver integrated care, contributing to a holistic approach to each client’s mental wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will work with a varied client population including both adults and children facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) credential.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating effective direct psychotherapy delivery to individuals and families.

• Proficient with technology, including experience with electronic health record systems and communication tools such as Outlook and spreadsheet applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering annual compensation between USD 75,000 and 90,000, commensurate with experience and specialized skills. We operate under a fee-for-service model, ensuring clinicians are compensated promptly and efficiently through guaranteed rates that are paid ahead of collections.
