Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, ensuring that clients receive personalized support.

• Participating actively in credentialing processes and interdisciplinary meetings to uphold treatment quality and clinical standards.

• Creating and managing customized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress and needs.

• Documenting patient outcomes thoroughly and adapting therapy techniques as necessary to optimize effectiveness.

• Providing support for additional clinical duties and contributing to the overall improvement of the therapeutic processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCMHC will work primarily with children and families, particularly those facing developmental challenges. The ideal candidate will be adept at addressing a diverse range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns through tailored therapeutic interventions that respect each client’s unique background and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license.

• An accredited Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience specifically working with children or families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
