Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that include crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication management options.

• Maintain complete and timely documentation that complies with all regulatory and best practice standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assess client needs and progress, integrating feedback from the clinical team.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with all standards.

• Serve as a liaison with relevant state agencies, service systems, and community partners to enhance access to care and resources for clients.

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels within the organization and the wider community, promoting the mission of the CenCal Mental Health Clinic.

• Engage in professional development activities, such as attending conferences, workshops, and task force meetings relevant to mental health practice.

• Promote and embody the agency's mission, values, and principles in all interactions with clients and the community.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to further the clinic's mission and support client success.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including those experiencing emotional and psychological challenges, individuals in recovery from substance use disorders, and those living with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An independent LPCC license is mandatory for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
