This full-time position allows you the flexibility to create your own schedule while providing critical mental health services to clients from the comfort of your own home. Ideal candidates will possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling, and hold an active independent license such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via a secure video chat platform to promote mental wellness and provide emotional support.

• Guide clients through discussions about their feelings and life experiences, fostering a deeper understanding of their emotional and relational dynamics.

• Act as an advocate for your clients, helping them articulate their goals and aspirations for personal development.

• Perform thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health, utilizing a solution-focused methodology to craft effective treatment plans based on your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with clients who have undergone a careful screening process, ensuring that they are stable and experiencing low-acuity mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.

• An active, independent state-issued license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.

• Demonstrated ability to make professional assessments regarding mental health treatment and planning.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, complemented by a caring and empathetic approach to client interaction.

• Proficient computer literacy skills for navigating digital treatment resources and client management software.

Preferred Experience\n

While the primary requirements for this role are outlined above, candidates with experience in teletherapy, familiarity with diverse therapeutic methodologies, or previous work in community mental health settings will be viewed favorably. Compensation and Benefits\n

Nurture Nest Counseling offers a competitive salary ranging between $120,000 and $130,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and professional experience.
