Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, leveraging telehealth technology to support a diverse clientele while embracing flexibility. As part of a collaborative and supportive administrative team, you will have access to a seamless integration of electronic medical records (EMR) systems, enabling efficient documentation and patient management. Our remote work culture promotes work-life balance, with operating hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client.

• Provide therapeutic services to adolescents and adults, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to standards set forth by the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) and insurance requirements.

• Engage in regular peer consultations and team development activities to enhance clinical skills and foster a culture of continuous learning.

• Champion ethical practices, uphold cultural sensitivity, and commit to clinical excellence, aligning with our organization's core values.

• Utilize advanced electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms to enhance patient access to care and improve workflow efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC at The Still Point, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and significant life transitions. This role empowers you to connect with individuals from varied backgrounds, ensuring they receive personable, culturally competent support during their paths toward healing. You will have the opportunity to tailor treatment modalities to meet the unique needs of each client, enhancing their overall therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

• A valid California LPCC license in good standing and registered with the BBS for independent practice.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study, with a demonstrated commitment to mental health service delivery.

• Completion of a minimum of 6 semester units (or equivalent) of supervised experience working with couples or families, if intending to provide those services.

• A strong foundation in evidence-based practices, enriching your therapeutic toolkit and better serving clients.

• High comfort level with telehealth technologies for service delivery and electronic documentation processes.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a related mental health setting, enhancing your ability to address a broad spectrum of psychological issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Telehealth LPCC position offers a competitive salary in the range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision coverage, and access to a retirement plan. You will also have the flexibility to set your caseload based on your preferences, with an estimated 10–30 sessions per week, ensuring a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle.
