Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities and tools, including video conferencing, audio messages, digital journaling, worksheets, and goal tracking, to facilitate client engagement and progress.

• Participate in regular team meetings and clinical supervision to discuss case management and peer collaboration.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health and telehealth practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Heart Harmony, you will work primarily with clients dealing with low-acuity mental health issues. This includes individuals managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), relationship difficulties, weight management concerns, and grief. Our patient population is diverse, and you will have the opportunity to align your practice with areas where you feel most competent and passionate.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling or a related field.

• Currently hold an independent LPCC license in good standing.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant counseling experience.

• Ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and use functional phone and computer devices for telehealth sessions (tablets not permitted).

Compensation and Benefits\n
