Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LPCC at Winland Counseling Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of new clients to determine their mental health needs and establish individualized treatment plans.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions to a diverse client base, focusing on low-acuity adults suffering from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other common challenges.

• Utilize various communication methods, including video calls, audio messages, and interactive exercises, to enhance engagement and therapeutic effectiveness.

• Document all client interactions clearly and concisely while adhering to confidentiality standards and ethical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults experiencing manageable mental health issues. Clients on our platform typically require support for conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, or grief counseling. Notably, the platform excludes severely mentally ill patients or minors, allowing you to concentrate on providing your expertise to a specific demographic and enhancing client outcomes through effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and active LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) license in the state of California, with no disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value the contributions of our LPCCs and offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 annually. In addition to a substantial sign-on bonus of $3,000, full-time counselors are entitled to a monthly healthcare stipend.
