Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to client needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy for individuals, couples, and groups.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in adherence to legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans, enhancing client outcomes through a holistic approach to care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
