Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy plans for clients that address their unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, offering individual, group, and family counseling sessions tailored to various client demographics.

• Employ a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to effectively treat clients.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive client care and ensure a well-rounded approach to mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, commensurate with experience and availability of caseload.
