Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough Psychosocial Assessments to understand each client's unique needs, challenges, and strengths.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC with Keys To Health Therapy, you will primarily work with diverse adult clients experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Your work will emphasize creating safe spaces for clients to express themselves and explore their emotional challenges without fear of stigma, facilitating healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a relevant mental health field is required.

• Current, valid LPCC license in the state of California is essential for this role.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing counseling or therapy in a mental health or community setting.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on empathetic listening and clear documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
